All Emul8 productions are entirely original and written by Heather Alexander (MA Distinction in Theatre Directing) and carefully refined and honed by her experienced company. Her creative lineage and artistic influences include Lindsay Kemp, Complicité, Frantic Assembly, and Kneehigh—and seek to anchor a style that is both viscerally physical and boldly imaginative.
Our shows are known for their powerful embodied storytelling, innovative staging and multi-media spectacle, blending text, movement, sound and projection to create worlds that feel alive, sensory and immersive.
